Provide Assistance with Insurance Affordability
The Employer-Sponsored Insurance (ESI) Premium Assistance Program makes health coverage more affordable for uninsured Vermonters by providing them with financial assistance to help pay the monthly premiums associated with the health insurance plan offered by their employer, provided that the plan has comprehensive benefits as determined by the state.
To receive this assistance, you must either be currently enrolled or eligible for the Vermont Health Access Plan VHAP or you must have a household income under 300% of the federal poverty level (FPL).
